Creative Manager

As Creative Design Manager, my role in our process is to live and breathe all things design and keep my finger on the pulse of all elements of the design industry.

Design is all about collaboration. There are so many ways of looking at a space and it’s important to me that we work out the best solutions together. I want you to feel part of the exciting process and have your say, whilst at the same time sharing my passion and creativity with you, so we can achieve the best result.

Designing environments that ooze creativity as well as provide functionality is what gets me up in the morning. No two projects are ever the same – it would certainly be boring if they were. That’s the beauty of my job; different people, distinctive buildings, diverse schemes, and I love it.

A job I am proud of is Transition – this was a perfect image of an office post-Covid. Transition creates a sense of home in the workplace, featuring warm tones, organic-shaped soft seating, feature lighting and natural woods. Rugs were key in adding some colour and texture into the space. Flexibility is key for so many offices post-Covid, and this space was needed for not only traditional working but also for hosting company events, which was facilitated by the large, central open space with teapoint within. A library-styled reception continued this event space theme down towards the entrance, connecting the areas together.
