James Lelliott

I’m a Senior Pre-Construction Manager with over seven years of experience in design and build. I started my career on the delivery side before moving into pre-construction, which gave me a well-rounded view of the whole process.

What I enjoy most is working with clients to get the most out of their budgets. My role is to minimise risk and give clear, honest advice at the early stages of a project, making sure everything is set up for success. I’m a detail-driven person who likes to set realistic goals and keep things running smoothly, so our clients feel confident from the very start.

I thrive on the daily interaction between our team. There’s something special about seeing a concept come to life, going from a drawing on paper to a space that people can step into and enjoy. Over the years, I’ve worked on projects ranging from £300k to £5.5m, for clients from start-ups to global names.
