Lawrence Davis

I’m the Commercial Director at Two and oversee all projects financially, ensuring they are delivered on budget.  A big part of the role is managing risk, anticipating potential problems, and finding solutions before they become bigger or more costly issues. I’m very detail-oriented, I like to get things right, and my hands-on experience in construction gives me a solid understanding of what is required to deliver a project. I put particular emphasis on detail within the Commercial team and encourage them to get out of the office and on-site as much as possible to really understand the technical and logistical aspects of project delivery.

I have been fortunate to work on a varied selection of projects but particularly enjoy working with our framework client Work.Life, the projects are never the same and their speed and scale presents a unique and exciting challenge.
