My ability to analyse project details, manage budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders makes me great at my job. Providing accurate and detailed breakdowns for projects of varying sizes ensures that the Pre-Construction phase runs smoothly and efficiently.  

I enjoy building personable relationships with clients and contractors, and clear communication will ensure that projects stay within budget and on time. I’m detail-oriented and organised, and I enjoy problem-solving. I also have a creative eye and enjoy working closely and collaborating with our Design team throughout the project’s journey. 

My favourite project so far is the refurbishment of PetLab Co.’s office in Soho Square, taking it from Cat A to Cat B, which incorporated a variety of finishes and technical specifications. The client was very present throughout the whole process and had a clear vision of what it was they were hoping to achieve.
