I interact with a wide range of clients, from large Insurance Brokers and Brand Managers to trendy SME Warranty Support. I enjoy the challenge of adapting myself to best suit everyone’s different wants and needs. Smaller companies tend to prefer a more delicate and personal touch, while bigger corporations require speed and efficiency. The end result is always the same: customer satisfaction. My favourite client I have dealt with is Bentley Systems. Their spectacular office, situated at the top of 8 Bishopsgate, is always a special space to visit. The client team are always so welcoming and easy to work alongside.
