Urban Exposure needed a workspace that could keep up with their growing team and reflect their commitment to sustainability. At 6 Duke Street, we delivered just that, blending natural elements like timber and a living wall with flexible layouts designed for focus, collaboration, and everything in between.
A Natural Investment
Urban Exposure needed a workspace that could keep pace with their fast-evolving business. To meet this, we designed a 4,700 sq ft space that puts natural materials and smart planning front and centre. Biophilic features, including timber accents and a living wall, bring the outdoors in, creating a calming yet energising atmosphere.
Spaces That Work Hard
The layout is built with flexibility in mind. Teamwork thrives in open, interconnected areas, while huddle rooms and quiet zones provide space for focus. A stylish breakout area and teapoint add comfort, making sure every corner of the office works as hard as the team.
This workspace reflects Urban Exposure’s adaptable and ambitious approach. It’s a practical, thoughtful space designed to support their team and grow with their business.
