B Corp

We’re a Certified B Corporation!

Designing a better future, one office at a time

Being a B Corp means we meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. It means we’re constantly challenging ourselves to do better – for our people, our clients, our community, and the planet.

What is B Corp?

B Corps are businesses that balance profit with purpose, demonstrating that commercial success and sustainable impact can go together. The certification is awarded by B Lab, an independent organisation that assesses companies across five key areas:

  • Ensuring transparency, integrity, and responsible decision-making.

  • Prioritising employee wellbeing, fair pay, and professional growth.

  • Supporting local initiatives, maintaining ethical supply chains, and giving back.

  • Reducing our carbon footprint, minimising waste, and promoting sustainable office design.

  • Delivering services responsibly and with long-term impact in mind.

With over 7,000 B Corps worldwide, we’re part of a growing movement redefining what success looks like in business.

Why B Corp matters

Choosing to work with a B Corp like us means choosing a partner who prioritises people and planet, rather than profit.

We prioritise recycled, reclaimed, and responsibly sourced materials, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems, and diverting waste materials from landfills via our circular economy principles and supply chain partners.

We’re also committed to making a difference beyond office walls. This includes working with ethical suppliers, supporting social initiatives, and encouraging inclusive work environments. By partnering with charities, mentoring future talent, and driving industry-wide change, we’re proving that business can be a powerful force for good.

Whether you’re looking for a sustainable office fit out, a flexible coworking space, or a refurbishment that aligns with your ESG goals, we’re here to make it happen, responsibly.
