We partnered with Accelya, a leading global software provider to the airline industry, to reflect their unique identity. The vision was clear: create an inspiring workplace that feels like an exclusive airport lounge, welcoming employees and international clients.

Aviation-Inspired

We transformed the space with subtle touches reminiscent of an airport lounge, creating bespoke elements like a runway-inspired corridor with raffled ceilings, slatted lighting, and linear vinyl flooring. Breakout zones and hot-desking areas in the “Club House” teapoint complemented the functional requirements, offering an inviting space that harmonises with Accelya’s brand.

Adapting to New Heights

Two weeks before the handover, Accelya shared new design requirements to further align the space with their evolving needs. Our team promptly adjusted, integrating the updates to deliver a workspace that exceeded expectations. Balancing repurposed furniture with new additions, we achieved a refined, functional environment that speaks to Accelya’s identity and operational needs.
