We partnered with CCP Games to bring their vision of a bold, dynamic workspace to life at the historic Tea Auction House in Hay’s Galleria.
Press Play on Productivity
CCP Games wanted a workspace that encouraged collaboration, creativity, and fun, while aligning with their Icelandic HQ. To achieve this, we designed a visually striking teapoint as the social hub of the office, featuring bold tiling and statement lighting. Acoustic panels were installed throughout the space to keep noise levels in check while maintaining an open, energised feel.
For focussed work, we incorporated private meeting rooms and open-plan desking. And because CCP Games isn’t all work and no play, we created a gaming room that celebrates CCP Games’ industry and offers a space to unwind.
Pixel-Perfect Office Design
Technology was at the forefront of the design, with high-spec AV systems integrated throughout the workspace to support hybrid working and future upgrades. The layout reflects the unique character of the Tea Auction House while bringing in a sense of fun and modernity. In just 10 weeks, we transformed CCP Games’ new London Bridge office into a space that feels as vibrant and innovative as their brand.
