InPost, a fast-growing tech firm known for revolutionising logistic services, expanded their London footprint with the addition of a second floor at Moray House. Already occupying the fourth floor, the team needed more space to meet, collaborate, and unwind, somewhere that could flex between client meetings, team catchups, and end-of-week socials.

A Home Base for Connection

We designed a space that’s intentionally adaptable, with meeting rooms of various sizes between two and ten people, a reconfigurable CEO’s office, and a casual breakout lounge anchored by a blue snake sofa, offering a variety of settings for different ways of working. Fully integrated with booking systems, pre-installed AV infrastructure, and acoustic upgrades, the floor moves easily between day-to-day use and all-hands events, without leaning into a conventional office aesthetic. It’s relaxed, confident, and built around how the team likes to connect.

Signed, Sealed, Delivered

Branding was treated with a light touch, limited to a bold yellow neon sign and subtle accents, to ensure longevity through future rebrands. The material palette leans warm and understated: Forbo vinyl planks with 20% recycled content, cradle-to-cradle certified Tarkett carpet, and oak detailing across the rewrapped teapoint and matching joinery.

Function quietly underpins every decision. From concealed power to secondary glazing that softens street noise, this fit out balances flexibility with focus. It’s a floor that feels calm and social in equal measure, ready to welcome a growing team, host the next Thursday drinks, or make space for a better kind of working day.
