Literacy Capital, a specialist investment firm, moved from a coworking space to establish their first London HQ on Regent Street. Sharing the space with Bookmark, the charity housed within the same building, the brief called for a future-proof design that reflected the distinct identities and values of both organisations.
Blending Purpose and Professionalism
Our design ensured that Literacy Capital and Bookmark could work side by side with ease. A cohesive colour palette reflected the unique identities of both organisations while encouraging harmony in the shared space. The layout incorporated a mix of work zones, from soundproof meeting rooms to a central coworking hub, catering to the distinct needs of a financial firm and a charity.
A Home for Two Visions
The result is a thoughtfully designed HQ that balances functionality with identity, giving both Literacy Capital and Bookmark a workspace that supports their missions while leaving room for growth. With a blend of private areas, breakout spaces, and a central hub, the space embodies collaboration and purpose.
