The reFIT Gym project at 100 Wood Street marked the start of an exciting new framework partnership. We were tasked with transforming the lower ground and basement levels into a fully automated gym and multipurpose studio, where technology manages all aspects of the workout experience.

Pumping Up the Space

The vacant ground-floor retail unit was divided into a gym and multipurpose studio, catering for a wide range of wellness & fitness activities. The lower ground floor’s changing facilities were stripped out, extended, and modernised, introducing spacious changing rooms and bike storage while maintaining the building’s structural integrity. The gym was enhanced with dynamic lighting systems and large LED screens for an immersive workout experience, ensuring the perfect balance of design and technology.

Sculpting the Future of Fitness

Tailored acoustic measures ensured the offices above remained quiet and undisturbed. Limewash paint on feature walls improved aesthetics and ensured a sustainable finish. This successful transformation sets the foundation for future reFIT projects, paving the way for even more advanced automated fitness spaces.
