How it works

By Scott Ellis, Key Account Manager.

Do what you love, love what you do.

Undertaking a Design & Build project can seem daunting for most and we know first-hand how confusing the industry jargon can be. At Two we are determined to simplify everything, making it easier to understand and manage. We stand side-by-side with our clients every step of the way, so they always feel supported. This is because we love our work and it’s important to us that our clients enjoy the experience of crafting their new office as much as we do!

3 steps that take you from initial conversations to celebrating in your new space

For me, the Two approach is especially exciting. I’ve worked in the construction industry for 16 years and in all that time I’ve never seen a simpler process for how to get it done! 3 steps that take you from initial conversations to celebrating in your new space, which wouldn’t be possible without the culture of a team like Two. Where passionate people, who want to develop genuine friendships are delivering long term solutions that exceed expectations.

The nature of the workplace has changed significantly in recent years though, with enormous growth in the flexible solutions market; co-working, serviced offices, plug & play spaces etc. and when our clients come to us, they don’t always know exactly what they want. That means that we, as a team, need to keep an open mind and be flexible in our approach to ensure our client gets the best outcome for their team. Luckily, we aren’t afraid of a challenge, and don’t shy away from those trickier jobs. In fact, they can be the most satisfying.
