Can you create a workspace that reduces your carbon footprint and reflects your international brand? That was the challenge MicroStrategy, a leading data analytics company, presented to us for their new workplace in Chiswick Park. They needed to downsize and wanted help making the most of their new, smaller space. Maximising the limited natural light was a crucial part of the brief, a challenge our team embraced diligently to ensure MicroStrategy’s new workspace is both aesthetically inviting and highly functional.
The Solution
To enhance the natural light thought the space we added glazing to the front of the meeting rooms. Subtle red accents were incorporated in the reception bulkheads and the teapoint tiles grout to keep their branding prominent yet refined. An LED tube sign displaying “MicroStrategy” added a stylish nod to their London location. We used eco-friendly materials like ply sheets, smart plastic worktops, and reused feature pendants from their previous workspace. Exposing the concrete ceiling created an industrial vibe. The space included meeting rooms, private offices, phone booths, and open-plan desks, all designed to create a dynamic, functional space that perfectly aligns with MicroStrategy’s needs.
