We partnered with J. Safra Sarasin to create a unique marketing suite that would showcase their planned refurbishment and reconfiguration of 95 Queen Victoria Street. With just four weeks on the clock, we needed to deliver a space that would bring their vision to life and offer prospective clients an immersive and memorable experience.
Project in Brief
- Created an immersive marketing suite featuring bespoke 3D models, biophilic design, and industrial finishes to showcase future plans.
- Installed glass viewing panels and a site visit prep area with PPE to provide prospective clients with an interactive hands-on tour of the building refurbishment.
- Repurposed CAT-A raised flooring and exposed structural elements to align with the refurbishment’s net zero embodied carbon goals.
Showcasing the Future
The first step was to highlight the 3D models of the future reception and terrace created by Sheppard Robson architects on bespoke display plinths. We then replicated the CAT-A flooring clients would eventually inherit by removing the existing carpet and cleaning the existing raised access flooring to perfection. The result was a finish that aligned with the future building design and also supported the refurbishment’s goal of achieving net zero embodied carbon.
The suspended ceiling was removed to expose the building’s original steel I-beams and rib deck ceilings, creating an industrial yet contemporary vibe. To soften the space, biophilic design was complemented by green tones in the furniture, artwork, and accessories, adding warmth and life to the environment.
Behind the Scenes Action
To give prospective clients a peek behind the curtain, we installed glass viewing panels that offered a direct look into the works underway. We also created a small construction area complete with PPE, where clients could prepare for site tours. This hands-on experience allowed them to walk the space under construction, providing a tangible sense of progress and confidence in the project’s execution.
By balancing industrial aesthetics with interactive elements, we created a marketing suite that gave J. Safra Sarasin the ultimate tool to showcase the potential of 95 Queen Victoria Street.
