Gemserv, a growing professional services leader in the energy and data sectors, asked us to transform their workspace at 77 Gracechurch Street. The challenge was to integrate their evolving brand image into a pre-existing Tenant-Ready™ fit out, maintaining a cohesive look while adding functionality to support their future growth.

Smart Design for Smarter Solutions

To meet Gemserv’s need for more formal meeting areas, we added three meeting rooms to the front-of-house and two to the back while retaining the existing rooms. This expansion creates flexibility for both structured meetings and spontaneous collaboration. The teapoint was reimagined with glazing and timber slats, striking the perfect balance between privacy and connection. Booths and banquettes added versatile seating options, while the adaptable boardroom, with its folding wall, doubles as an event space, ensuring the workspace meets the demands of a dynamic team.

By weaving new features into the existing fit-out, we delivered a space that reflects Gemserv’s brand ethos and positions them for continued growth. The refreshed office promotes collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism, serving as a hub for innovation in the energy and data sectors.
