We partnered with Koin to bring the vibe of a London workspace to their 6,000 sq ft office in Bournemouth. The brief was clear: create a cool, eclectic workplace that met the needs of multiple teams. With just 8 weeks to deliver, the challenge was on—but we were ready to make it happen.

London Style and Bournemouth Charm

To reflect the buzz of a London office, we incorporated bold, quirky design elements like a feature moss wall, neon lighting, and mismatched furniture. These touches gave the space an eclectic, dynamic vibe that feels anything but ordinary. A bespoke joinery wall with integrated lighting and feature pendants added a sense of sophistication, tying the design together.

Spaces for Every Team

Our design workshops with Koin laid the foundation for a perfect project. Each team’s needs were carefully considered across the two floors. Upstairs, we created hot desking areas for teams that needed to be more active, providing the flexibility to move around without disrupting others. Meanwhile, the downstairs workspace was designed for quiet focus, ideal for the design team. Open shelving units acted as subtle dividers, creating privacy while maintaining an open, airy feel. The completed workspace brings London’s energy to the south coast, all while ensuring every team member can produce their best work in comfort.
