Sitting in the heart of Hatton Garden, an area famed for its jewellery trade, the 32,000 sq ft workspace takes inspiration from gemstones, both in colour and form, creating a visually striking yet highly functional environment.
BNP Paribas Real Estate tasked us with refurbishing their 1-3 Berry Street location to create a Tenant-Ready™ space reflecting their brand and commitment to sustainability. Working within a tight four-week deadline, we designed a workspace that balances functionality with eco-conscious design, ensuring minimal disruption to existing structures.
