Work.Life’s newest coworking space at the Courtyard Building brings a bold, design-led approach to flexible working. Sitting in the heart of Hatton Garden, an area famed for its jewellery trade, the 32,000 sq ft workspace takes inspiration from gemstones, both in colour and form, creating a visually striking yet highly functional environment.
Fora tasked us with converting a former restaurant into an inspired and modern coworking space in the heart of Borough Market. The project’s proximity to existing occupied coworking spaces presented a unique challenge: minimising noise disruptions for existing members while navigating the complexities of installing a raised access floor within a tight six-week timeline.
