The project’s proximity to existing occupied coworking spaces presented a unique challenge: minimising noise disruptions for existing members while navigating the complexities of installing a raised access floor within a tight six-week timeline.

Installing a raised timber floor required precise planning, with construction scheduled during agreed hours to ensure minimal disruption for members. The result?
