The Challenge

BNP Paribas Real Estate tasked us with refurbishing their 1-3 Berry Street location to create a Tenant-Ready™ space reflecting their brand and commitment to sustainability. The 2157 sq ft project had a strict four-week timeline and required minimal disruption to existing structures. The workspace needed to meet a variety of workstyle needs and be easily personalised to future tenants all whilst using recycled materials.

The Solution

The teapoint was expanded to become a social hub featuring timber and recycled plastic worktops, with green tiles adding colour and personality. We redesigned the space to include meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and phone booths, adapting to modern day work practices. The vinyl flooring is made up of 30% recycled material and is fully recyclable. Technology such as smart lighting has enhanced energy efficiency, creating a forward-thinking, eco-friendly space that meets BNP Paribas’s standards and supports contemporary work styles.
