BNP Paribas Real Estate tasked us with refurbishing their 1-3 Berry Street location to create a Tenant-Ready™ space reflecting their brand and commitment to sustainability. Working within a tight four-week deadline, we designed a workspace that balances functionality with eco-conscious design, ensuring minimal disruption to existing structures.
Adapting to Modern Workstyles
The teapoint was transformed into a social hub featuring timber and recycled plastic worktops, complemented by vibrant green tiles. The layout was reimagined to include meeting rooms, private offices, collaboration zones, and phone booths, catering to diverse workstyles. Eco-friendly vinyl flooring, made of 30% recycled content, and smart lighting technology further enhance energy efficiency, creating a forward-thinking workspace.
