We delivered a Tenant-Ready™ workspace in under four weeks for Landsec. The project required a balance of functionality and style while making minimal structural changes.

Tenant-Ready™ Excellence in Victoria

To reduce waste, we retained the original ceiling and strategically placed the meeting rooms to capture the building’s natural light. We chose Forbo’s Tessera Harmony carpet tiles, made from 60% recycled materials. The redesigned teapoint highlights dark green, cabinetry, brass hardware, and a marble backsplash.
