We teamed up with a leading asset management firm and Savills estate agents to transform a CAT A office space into a head-turning Tenant-Ready™ workspace that stands out in a competitive market.

Challenges Met with Style

Within a 6-week timeline, the goal was ambitious: design a sleek, inviting workspace that feels like home to any business walking through the door. One of the key challenges we faced was the HVAC system, as this wasn’t supplying sufficient fresh air to potential occupants. This was swiftly corrected, enabling the space to support its full capacity, and allowing us to turn our attention to the aesthetics. Inspired by the existing bronze metalwork, we leaned into a palette of earthy tones, including sage, terracotta, and sandy creams.

Tailored for Every Tenant

The result is a calm, professional environment with a subtle, sophisticated edge. From the open-plan desks and boardroom, to the teapoint and private offices, every element was designed to appeal to a wide range of tenants. Despite the mechanical challenges, the project was delivered on time, and the space is now an inviting workplace that seamlessly blends beauty and practicality. Neutral tones and thoughtful finishes ensure it’s adaptable for any tenant, while the revamped HVAC system guarantees comfort for every user.
