Working with our long-term client, Work.Life, at Waverly House in Soho, we embraced a thrilling challenge when a last-minute change called for a full redesign of the fifth floor just a week before work began. We had to rework the space around pre-installed MEPs while ensuring the design flowed effortlessly from the vibrant ground floor to the newly reimagined upper levels.
From Soho Streets to Office Seats
Inspired by the iconic energy of Soho, we created meeting rooms like ‘PRIDE’, bursting with bold colours, ‘Pages’, evoking the charm of a local bookstore, and ‘Soho Square’, bringing nature indoors with lush greenery. Each space encouraged creativity while maintaining a strong connection to Soho’s lively atmosphere. To keep the flow between floors, we used consistent design features, like black timber flooring and a striking copper island unit. A neon quote in the teapoint added a fun, local twist.
Design with Soul
The design for this space was all about blending style with sustainability, inspired by the dynamic energy of Soho. From the bold finishes to the eco-friendly materials, we used Dulux’s sustainable paints and Autex’s carbon-neutral panels to create a workspace that’s as creative as it is responsible. This office isn’t just about making an impression, it’s about staying true to Soho’s spirit while building a future-ready environment.
