We partnered with a leading Asset Management firm to transform the first floor of 1 Old Queen Street into a Tenant-Ready™ workspace. Nestled in Westminster, the project required a design that complemented the historic surroundings and integrated with the existing building while ensuring minimal disruption to the occupants.

Balancing Tradition and Innovation

Natural light and wooden accents bring warmth to the space, while vibrant orange tones infuse energy and vibrancy. Inspired by the area’s historical charm, we incorporated elements reminiscent of traditional luxury, such as herringbone vinyl flooring and bespoke bay window seating in the 10-person meeting room, offering versatility and practicality.

The Tenant-Ready™ workspace mirrors the original vision with meticulous attention to detail. The blend of historical influence and modern design has created a timeless environment that captures the prestige of its location, offering potential tenants a sophisticated and inspiring space to work.
