Design and Build is a highly competitive market and in order to stand out lots of people are willing to say what they think you want to hear. Overpromising and underdelivering. Frankly, that’s just not good enough, and it’s not the Two way.
The Two approach is grounded in collaboration. It’s simple and straight forward, because you know your business and we know ours and we don’t just believe, but we know from experience that engaging everybody’s perspective and ideas will ensure the most creative solutions. It’s this true partnership (collaboration) that makes the Two approach so refreshing. But an approach is just talk until you put it in action, and that’s what our team does daily. The Two team aren’t your usual bunch, they are excitable, imaginative, motivated and passionate. It’s their infectious enthusiasm and love for their work that means our clients get to enjoy the Design and Build experience too.
At the end of the day, we want you to be happy.
Despite our consistently applied approach, we aren’t delivering cookie cutter designs. We know that there aren’t two projects the same, even when we work for repeat clients, but we consistently apply our tried and tested approach because we know it works. There is however, flexibility and freedom to ensure that every client is given a unique experience while remaining grounded in what we know to be important; team work, collaboration, fun and creativity.
Overall satisfaction and the success of the project is heavily influenced by the collaboration of those involved. That’s why the team you deal with at the beginning are with you to the end, because no-one wants to be a hot potato, passed from person to person. Not only can it be frustrating, but you can lose the synergies developed from ongoing relationships.

Every step of the way, from the initial meeting all the way through to practical completion and handover, we strive to create a fun and collaborative experience of discovery for our partners with the goal of delivering an on-brand, business strategy-supporting workplace design.
