What makes Two special?

There’s a really nice energy about it! Everyone helps one another and is super involved which is super rare.

What gets you up in the morning?

Coffee and my kids, they get me up nice and early! I’m always the first one to be woken up in our household. They inspire me to do better and give them the best future possible!

What motivates and drives you?

Putting the work in and striving to be the best at what I do, for myself, my family and my clients.

Biggest career learning curve to date? Or biggest lesson learnt?

Honestly goes a long way in what we do – you’ve got to be honest and put your hands up when you need some help or have made a mistake so you can work it out with your team. In my younger career, I made mistakes and didn’t get support from my team. Solving problems is much easier as a team so lean on them for help.

How do you stay creative? Where and how do you get inspired?

I’m a numbers guy at heart so can’t say I’m all that creative. Give me an excel spreadsheet any day!
