Nolan Partners, specialists in recruiting senior leaders for sports, media, and entertainment, needed a workspace that balanced employee needs with client privacy. Relocating from a serviced office, they sought a dedicated HQ reflecting their ambitions. Early in the project, an unexpected building change required redesigning the space to fit a smaller footprint within a five-week timeline.
Designed For Discretion and Performance
We collaborated with Nolan Partners to craft a workspace that embodies their precision and professionalism. The front of the house includes meeting rooms, a lounge, and hot desks designed to welcome clients with sophistication. Meanwhile, the private back office provides 14 desks and a flexible hot-desking area for the team. Crittall-effect glazing adds elegance, while herringbone vinyl flooring and vibrant desk frames inject warmth and energy.
