The Challenge
We teamed up with a leading Asset Management firm to transform the first floor of 1 Old Queen Street, spanning 3,272 sq ft, into a Tenant-Ready™ workspace. Our task was to create a workplace that seamlessly integrated with the existing building while ensuring minimal disruption to the occupants. Collaboration with current tenants was vital to minimise noise disruption during the eight weeks of construction. Located in the heart of Westminster, just moments away from Westminster Abbey it was important that the space complimented both the existing building and the historic roots of the surrounding area.
The Solution
Through meticulous planning and innovative design, we successfully delivered a contemporary Tenant-Ready™ workspace. Embracing natural light and utilising wooden accents, we curated an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. Splashes of vibrant orange were used to elevate the energy within the space, promoting a positive working environment. Drawing inspiration from the historical surroundings, we incorporated elements reminiscent of traditional luxury, such as herringbone vinyl flooring. We added seating along the bay windows in the 10-person meeting room to maximise flexibility and functionality. Our attention to detail throughout the project ensured that every element mirrored the initial visuals, resulting in a workspace that exuded the same elegance and sophistication as envisioned and resonated with the prestige of its location, captivating potential tenants with its timeless appeal and functionality.
