As a long-term partner of Work.Life, we were excited to help shape their coworking hub in Holborn, a bustling business district. The challenge was creating a space for a new demographic and designing an inspiring coworking space across four floors to stimulate productivity and encourage collaboration.

Spaces That Mean Business

We pulled out all the stops to deliver a space that works as hard as Holborn’s professionals. Chevron flooring and dark oak finishes add a polished edge, while bold colour accents create energy throughout. The design includes breakout areas for relaxed collaboration, private offices for focused work, and bookable meeting rooms for when the big decisions need to happen. For those quiet moments, the private phone booths are ready and waiting.

Ready for Work, or Whatever Comes Next

This space is designed for versatility. From hosting team socials and networking events to supporting day-to-day productivity, the event spaces are ready to handle it all. It is a workplace that delivers on both function and flexibility.

Fora tasked us with converting a former restaurant into an inspired and modern coworking space in the heart of Borough Market. The project’s proximity to existing occupied coworking spaces presented a unique challenge: minimising noise disruptions for existing members while navigating the complexities of installing a raised access floor within a tight six-week timeline.
