Q&A

We’ve grown! Meet Liam, our new Pre-Contracts Manager. We had a quick catch up with Liam to find out what he is all about.

Liam Rosenfield

What makes Two special?

It would have to be our diverse team. We all have our own skillsets and when combined, it makes us unique and ultimately brings something different to a competitive design and build market.

What gets you up in the morning?

I strive to give our clients a service that is unparalleled. I treat each budget as if it was my own, so my job is to make sure they are getting the best value for money for every pound spent.

What motivates and drives you?

I’m hugely self-motivated and the design and build world is highly rewarding, so right now I am really enjoying immersing myself in the industry, drawing from my team and their experiences and just taking it all in.

Biggest career learning curve to date? Or biggest lesson learnt?

I would say having a one-dimensional approach. In this industry no two projects are the same, it is understanding the specific needs for that company or project to deliver the perfect workspace at the right price point.

I’ve worked for companies that are very traditional and then places that are more relaxed, Two is somewhere in the middle, striking the perfect balance.

Who do you admire the most in a career sense?

I’ve been lucky to work with some of the best senior business leaders in the industry who have helped me hugely in taking that first step in my career, channelling my enthusiasm to grow and learn. I have taken their approach and professionalism with me. Now, Tom and the Two team have been supporting me and helping me learn the Two way!

How do you stay creative? Where and how do you get inspired?

I just love the industry that I work in. I’m a big fan of grand designs, admiring people at the top of their game and I love hearing different ideas, LinkedIn is great for that. It has helped me keep my mind open to new and exciting ideas happening in fit-out.
