We partnered with KPI OceanConnect to deliver a seamless office expansion across two floors at their Cannon Street headquarters. With their sister company, Bunker Holding, relocating to the same building, KPI OceanConnect needed a workspace that reflected their brand identity and allowed smooth movement between floors.

Making Waves

The teapoint became a standout feature, with splashback tiles arranged in a wave-like pattern—a playful nod to KPI OceanConnect’s maritime activities. To encourage calm and focus, we incorporated slatted walls with acoustic properties, creating a quieter environment. Breakout areas were introduced to promote interaction and teamwork, while open plan desking was designed to support flexibility and collaboration.

Connecting Teams, Ideas and Spaces

To help the two floors flow seamlessly, we focused on creating a connected, collaborative environment. A strategically placed curved alcove greets visitors, offering a warm welcome and a clear line of sight to the working floor through sleek glass panels. The workspace smoothly connects the teams and floors, delivering a space that reflects KPI OceanConnect’s values and supports their growing team.
