What makes Two special?

The people, the atmosphere, the professionalism, and the passion everyone puts into their work – they are so driven and dedicated. This is what I look for in a team.

What gets you up in the morning?

Coffee and one hour in the gym, and possibly emails😊

What motivates and drives you?

My family, and my competitive spirit.

Biggest career learning curve to date? Or biggest lesson learnt?

Learn to let go. Always ask questions and admit when you need help.

Who do you admire the most in a career sense?

I can’t really give you any names as there are many. Any strong women who have managed to succeed in construction inspires me.

How do you stay creative? Where and how do you get inspired?

I try to surround myself with people with the same interest and love for construction. I also follow lots of TV programmes such as Extreme Engineering, Grand Designs, and Impossible Engineering. They absolutely fascinate me. Since I was little, I have always been intrigued by the pyramids of Egypt: how were they built, how long did it take. HOW?
