The Challenge
Can you design a Tenant-Ready™ workspace to accommodate the various needs of future tenants? This was the brief from UK Real Estate, who were looking to breathe new life into Noah’s Yard, King Cross, creating the perfect Tenant-Ready™ workspace. An open-plan layout was an essential part of the brief to ensure the space allowed for seamless communication and collaboration between teams. Working closely with UK Real Estate, we were determined to create a space that could be tailored to future tenants whilst keeping to the building’s specific requirements.
The Solution
With help from our in-house furniture team, Platfform, we have created a multifunctional Tenant-Ready™ workspace fit for a dynamic workforce. Upon entering the workspace, you are met with a soft seating area, serving as both a breakout space and a front-of-the-house reception. This has been strategically separated from the open plan desking area with a versatile room divider to create a sense of privacy and distinction between the front and back of the house. All the details, from flooring to meeting room manifestations have been carefully considered to reflect and build upon the layers of the existing building. We are proud to have delivered an exceptional Tenant-Ready™ workspace ready for many companies to call home in the future.
